One such experience occurred when an elderly man and his sister came into my office, frustrated because no one would take time to listen to his particular needs.  Working with them reminded me how much I missed working with seniors full-time and how satisfying it is to help them. I began to search for the next step in a career I wanted to re-dedicate to elder care, so I could begin to really make a difference again.  My research led me to Age Advantage Home Care Services.  After learning about their core values and business practices, I decided to become Age Advantage’s first franchise.
